Plucked from your easy going life and put into an unfamiliar environment, you must learn the skills it takes to succeed as a property manager. With the instruction of your Uncle, you need to balance budgets, jobs, and the relationships with your tenants. Satisfaction is key! Who knew that changing a light-bulb could be so rewarding?
In this small town, there isn't much for work. You'll have to get buy making money working on odd jobs for the people around. Rent is free, provided you keep up the apartment. Seems things are always breaking around here. Enjoy over 120+ unique events and more than 190 fully animated, uncensored encounters. Never a dull moment in this town!

Meet the Girls!
Plenty of new faces will be met on your journey to figure out how you ended up here.
Brittany is the first tenant in the Apartment. She's already living there on your arrival. She comes from a large family who always had to fight for what, or who, they wanted. Watch her jealousy! It usually gets the best of her.
Holly isn't very social. Scared by her own shadow, she seems like she's never been on her own before. Certain circumstances causes her to leave home to join her best friend, Brittany. While Brittany is very outgoing in her own way, Holly seems to be very dense in the ways of friendship and romance.
If you look up 'outgoing' in the dictionary, you'll find a picture of Amber. She knows what she wants and she gets it. Sometimes she can be a bit too forward. It doesn't take much to stay on her good side, and she is always around to provide some fun when you need it.
Isabella is a hard cookie to crack. Perpetually angry and always seems to have a monster chip on her shoulder. She already doesn't want to be here, but you'll have to help her make the best of your situation.
You need someone tough and dependable? Sam is your girl! She is always busy with her projects and hates setbacks, but your Uncle didn't recruit a slacker! Very forgiving, even when she shouldn't be, and oblivious to whats going on around her, this sweet girl will always be a good friend.

Go explore the town! You have plenty of places to visit in the open-world sandbox environment. Areas like the Park, the Motel, and the Mall await your exploration with plenty to do!
You'll have to maintain inventory and keep the apartment in tip-top shape to keep your tenants happy! Fixing things like light-bulbs, sinks and appliances will make sure that the girls never have a reason to be mad at you, unless you give them one.

What have i done wrong or what did i mss? I just finished the game up.to its updated version, but lewd scenes for samantha, isablla and holly doesnt seem to work?
Does the game have an apk or do we need to use joiplay to play it on android?
It does not currently have an apk, as you cannot pack one over 2gb. There may be some changes soon that could help that, but right now you’d need to use joiplay.

It seems that some ideas we had with the game and the definition of NTR were slightly skewed. After deliberation, the tag has been removed. So, forget you saw it.

Oddly enough, you can re-watch scenes! Check out the computer. I think its the top-left icon? Any event that would be considered “non-repeatable” can be found there.
Regarding the setting to see the changes real-time; I don’t know if that would be implemented. I’ve seen games where you can see the stat change based on a choice, and if nothing happens then you just back up and change it to a more positive choice. In my honest opinion, it kind of ruins things when the first choice should be your final.
I’m not saying it won’t happen during maybe a final build. Something for people that have already played through, but it’s just not something we want during development. Great suggestion though!

Redownload the game for that to work. Something happened during the compression but it’s fixed now. Sorry about that.
Any sounds/voices?
Sounds are currently in the works, however voices are not.
What foes old version mean for android is it 2.1 and others is 3.1 ??
The android version is only 0.3.3.2, while the new update is 0.3.4. It’s still playable, just not fully updated.
Why is it not updated?
There were two issues: UI problems not porting to Android correctly AND The game now exceeds the 2gb maximum to install apk files.
The first is fixed, however unneeded now that you’ll have to use an emulator to play it. Post to come shortly about it.
Just compress the images o webp as android doest need high resolution images due to small screen or use the way games like pale carnations use apk and lib file best for big games
All images are already compressed using the webp extension as lossless as possible. Any further compression (or crunching, as some have mentioned) make the game look terrible, even for smaller resolutions. Honestly, quite a large handful of games that I ran across use the emulator method so I’m cool with it. After testing myself, it doesn’t seem that hard.
